Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays) after receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Transit Time & Destinations
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.
We currently only ship within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or internationally.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer straightforward shipping options:
Standard Shipping (Free): All orders of $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): Orders under $60.00 are charged a flat rate of $10.00.
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this link to follow your package's journey.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
Additional Information
Shipping Carriers: We ship via reliable ground services such as FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the package size and destination.
Multiple Items: Items from the same order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if this occurs.
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes (APO/FPO). A physical street address is required for delivery.
