Return Eligibility
30-Day Window: You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale," "Made to Order," or "Custom Order."
Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products without their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dwelle.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Deductions: Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, a refund will be issued for the product cost only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@dwelle.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.

Color & Size Variations: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to individual monitor settings and manufacturing processes. These variations are not considered defects.
Measurements: Please double-check all product dimensions before ordering. The customer is responsible for ensuring items will fit in the intended space. Returns for sizing issues are subject to our standard return policy.
